We celebrate individuality and personal style, and hope our guests feel at ease expressing themselves. In that same spirit, we ask that attire reflects the character of Bonheur – refined, thoughtful, and suited to the occasion. Smart casual is our guideline, and we kindly discourage sportswear. Please note that failure to adhere to the dress code will result in your reservation not being fulfilled and the full cancellation policy will apply.

If a booking is not honoured in full or in part, including any reduction in guest numbers, or is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of £165 will be charged to the card provided.
We kindly ask for your understanding that this policy applies to all reservations and is not discretionary.

We warmly welcome young guests to join us and share in the dining experience. To maintain the ambience and quality of service our guests expect, we kindly ask that all guests at the table, including children, dine from the same menu.
Please note that we do not offer child facilities and we are unable to accommodate babies.
